Making a Booking

• Telephone or e-mail to check availability and make a provisional booking.*
• Book your own flights after we have confirmed your provisional booking.
• Arrange your own travel insurance.
• Complete the booking form (click here) and post to us with your non-refundable deposit (see Deposit and payments, below).

*Please contact us first to make a provisional booking, before arranging your flights. We will hold your booking, with no obligation, for seven days only. This will be secured on receipt of the booking form and deposit.

Deposit and payments
A non-refundable deposit of £290.00 is required at time of booking. Balance of payment is due eight weeks (56 days) before departure. If booking within eight weeks of departure, full payment is required.

Payments can be made by debit card or credit card (credit card fee: £4.00 per transaction); bank transfers to CASTANEA Crafts in Spain, HSBC, Sort Code 40-26-08, Account 81685244, or by cheque payable to ‘CASTANEA Crafts in Spain’.

After booking
We will confirm your reservation, receipt of deposit and send out a full invoice for the holiday, which will confirm the outstanding balance and payment details.

Arranging flights
Whatever your preferred airline, for the convenience of all we have a common collection point and time. This not only minimises the cost, but also reduces our carbon footprint. You will need to arrive at Alicante airport before 12 noon on the Sunday and we will ensure that you arrive back at the airport by 10.30am on your departure day.  Morning flights from the UK are available from Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, Birmingham, Manchester and Newcastle.

Can’t get a flight at these times? 
We can send a taxi for you at £53.50, each way.
